Richard's Pool is generally open every year by the first week of June and is conveniently located on East Main Street up from the Tastee Freeze.

Originally, in 1970, Richard's Pool was to be constructed at Breckenridge Park.  After 3 years, the pool was constructed and opened at its current location on June 23, 1974, and named after William Richard.  In March of 1998, Richard's Pools was completely renovated, and is used by hundreds of children each summer.  The cost for admission is $2.00 per child.

Private Rentals
Call (812) 897-6990, to rent Richard's Pool for your private parties.  All pool rentals are 2hrs- $50.00, every additional is $25.00 per hour for the facility, and $10.00 per hour per lifeguard. 2 lifeguards required.
