Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-23-5, notice is hereby given that the City of Boonville, Indiana (the “City”) will receive sealed proposals and statements of qualifications (“PSOQs”) to develop, design, construct, operate, and transfer an aquatic facility and City Lake Park improvements, along with related facilities and infrastructure (the “Project”). The PSOQs should be submitted in writing to:

All PSOQs should be received not later than 4:00 p.m., local time, April 16, 2024. Selection of a qualified offeror (“Offeror”) is anticipated to be finalized on or about May 2024.
